At Saba Attar & Perfumes, we take great care in packaging and quality control. Due to the personal and hygienic nature of attars and perfumes, returns or exchanges are not accepted once the product is opened or used.
Returns / Exchanges are applicable only if:
- You receive a damaged product
- You receive a wrong product
- The item is leaking at the time of delivery
Conditions:
- Issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
- Product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- Unboxing video is mandatory for verification
Once approved, we will offer a replacement or exchange for the same product.
